Overview So far, we have accepted trainees from 32 countries such as Asia, Oceania, Africa and Latin America. Based on the educational issues of each country, not only lectures on the history and characteristics of education in Japan and Okinawa Prefecture, educational administration systems and efforts to deal with disparities, but also through remote island training and visits to elementary, junior high and special schools on the main island, Okinawa We are developing a training program that introduces the prefectural educational administration, schools, parents (regional)'s way of thinking about education and efforts to solve problems, and strive to help solve educational problems in each country. In addition, a training program that can be used as a place for international exchange and understanding by children, students and teachers in Okinawa Prefecture, such as holding exchange meetings during visits to elementary and junior high schools and exchanging opinions between trainees and teachers.
